A woman has been arrested after her 1-year-old baby girl was found stabbed to death in Southwest Detroit.
The 31-year-old woman is in temporary serious condition at a hospital with a self-inflicted wound.
The woman called 911 and said she was going to kill herself.
The incident happened in the 3600 block of West Vernor near West Grand Boulevard.
Police don’t know the circumstances surrounding the baby stabbing.
