Racist Vandals Hit U-M, R-O

University of Michigan police say racist language was found scrawled on dorm room name tags at the West Quad residence halls at the Ann Arbor campus.

Black students were targeted after someone wrote the N-word underneath their names.

White power messages and swastikas were spray painted in a Royal Oak neighborhood. Police say cars, windows, and fences were hit with the racist vandalism in several places near Woodward and Catalpa.
