Hands Across The Water For Amazon

Windsor may join Detroit in a bid for the second headquarters of Amazon.
The Seattle-based mail-order retailer says it’s second headquarters would employ up to 50,000 employees.
Businessman Dan Gilbert is leading the effort for Detroit and Gilbert indicates he will be talking with Windsor officials.
Amazon says it wants to make a decision on the location next year. Toronto officials indicate they were planning to make a bid. Seattle officials say they are asking Amazon to stay in Seattle and put the new facilities with it’s current headquarters.
