Michigan State Police say they will no longer patrol in the area on Detroit’s east side where a 15 year old was killed after he was tased and crashed his ATV. Protests have occurred over the death of 15 year old Damon Grimes in late August. Grimes failed to stop his ATV. Police were chasing him for reckless driving. A trooper tased the boy, and he crashed.
