The April Millsap Memorial Garden will be revealed Monday. It opens Monday evening in Armada Township in memory of the 14-year-old girl who was murdered last summer. April’s body was found along the Macomb Orchard Trail. Volunteers worked on the garden which is not far from the spot where the crime occurred. 33-year-old James VanCallis has been charged with her murder.
