Detroit’s Angels Active Again

They used to call it Devil’s Night. They’ve called it Angel’s Night for many years. Now, the effort to combat arson fires is morphing into a city-wide family and kids event. A curfew is still in effect for minors tonight, who should be out with adults for trick or treating.
Volunteers will continue to patrol the streets tonight.
