A gun is pointed at Detroit Police, an officer fires shots in response, near Hoover Street and East State Fair .
It happened after gang intelligence officers pulled over a stolen vehicle. Three males were inside the vehicle.
Police said the driver jumped out of the stolen vehicle armed with a gun. He ran, jumped a fence then turned around and pointed the gun at the officer. The officer fired two or three shots. No one was hit.
The suspect kept running, but dropped his gun.
The manhunt lasted for hours before police captured that 21 year old suspect. Two others involved are teenagers, according to police.
