Detroit police are searching for a hit and run driver who killed a grandmother crossing the street with a walker, and hit her 15 year old granddaughter.
53-year-old Vanessa Larkins was going to the store with her 15-year-old granddaughter, when a speeding driver ran a red light and slammed into them on West Warren at Penrod.
The girl is in stable condition.
The driver is believed to be driving a black truck.
