A Jackson man has been charged for a shooting at a Southfield bar last weekend.
Authorities say 26 year old Andre Robinson is charged with attempted murder for the shooting at Bar 7. Police say two people were shot inside the bar, and two others were shot across the street, as a result of a fight between two groups of people.
One man is in critical condition, two others in stable condition.
Police say a second suspect is also in custody.
Southfield authorities say Bar 7, near 12 Mile and Telegraph, has been the scene of a number of incidents…. mostly fights… and a previous shooting in November of last year.
Southfield council voted last night to ask the state to temporarily suspend the liquor license of the bar until a full hearing can be held on the permanent revocation of the license.
The owners of Bar 7 say they’re taking steps to halt the problems at the bar.
