Wayne County Prosecutors are filing charges against Michigan State Police Trooper Mark Bessner after a teen was Tased and killed in an ATV crash last summer in Detroit.
Kym Worthy says Bessner used his Taser on 15-year-old Damon Grimes after troopers tried to pull him over on an ATV. The 15 year old Grimes fled, lost control and crashed into a pick-up truck and died.
Bessner has been charged with Second-Degree Murder, and two counts of Involuntary Manslaughter.
Worthy also announced charges against Detroit Police officers in 3 other misconduct cases.
