Cops Facing Misconduct Charges Freed On Bond

Two Detroit police officers facing charges in police brutality cases have been released from custody after having their bond lowered.

Lonnie Wade and Richard Billingslea were released.

Wade was seen on video bashing a man at the Meijer at Woodward and 8 Mile.

Billingslea was videotaped during a rough arrest at a Mobil gas station in Detroit.

A third officer, former State Trooper Mark Bessner, remains in jail on a high bond, charged with 2nd degree murder in a crash and death of a teenager who was being chased by police in his speeding ATV.
