A suspected drunk driving crash killed a 23 year old man in Shelby Twp. in the early morning hours.
Shelby Twp. police say the crash between a car and an SUV occurred 21 Mile and Milonas.
Police say both drivers were trapped in their vehicles. The 23 year old was pronounced dead at a hospital. He was from Shelby Twp. The other driver, a 40 year old woman from Sterling Heights, was also injured. Police say she crossed the center line in her SUV and smashed into the victim’s car head-on. Police suspect she was drunk. The woman was injured and is being held at hospital.
