National attention will be paid in a court case in which a Ferndale mother fights for the authority to keep her son from being vaccinated.
Rebecca Bredow of Ferndale was sent to jail for several days for violating an agreement to have her son vaccinated. However, Bredow said she never agreed with her ex-husband to vaccinate their son.
Bredow’s son was given vaccinations while she was in jail. She had lost primary custody. She and her ex-husband share custody.
