The getaway driver in the fatal shooting of the manager of a Detroit O’Reilly Auto Parts store is scheduled to be sentenced today.
39 year old Leviticus Butler had been charged as an accessory after the fact in the fatal shooting of 69 year old store manager James Haller Junior.
He was killed during a robbery at the store on Schaefer back on November 1st.
Butler pled guilty to the the charge against him.
Charged with murder in Haller’s death are 23 year old Shawnta Anderson and 28 year old Eboni Mcewan-Ross and are awaiting trial.
