Jason Dalton gunned down 6 people and wounded 2 others during a shooting rampage while Dalton was working as an Uber driver in Kalamazoo in 2016, but the murder case against Dalton rambles on in the court system.
The Michigan Court of Appeals will hear arguments on whether Dalton’s statement to police will be admissible as evidence during the trial.
Dalton told police that an app on his phone took control of him and told him to kill people.
