3rd Circuit Court in Detroit back open on Tuesday

The 3rd Circuit Court in Detroit will be open for business Tuesday at 8:30 a.m. The Lincoln Hall of Justice was closed today because of a water main break. Repairs have been made and business at the court will resume tomorrow morning.
