Man Who Threatened Cops Gets Jail, Probation

He praised the killing of police in Dallas, and made threats on Facebook against white police officers.
The Detroit man has been sentenced for making the threats.

Nehru Littleton went on Facebook after a gunman killed 5 police officers and wounded 9 others in Dallas.
Littleton said “I commend your bravery and actions. All lives can’t matter until black lives matter. Kill all white cops.”

That was nearly 2 years ago.
Today, Littleton told Judge Vonda Evans, “I’m sorry and I apologize. It just came out of my angry place.”

Littleton had been drinking heavily.
Littleton’s lawyer pointed out his serving in the Marine Corps, and his wife and two children.

Judge Evans gave Littleton 10 months in jail with work release , 5 years probation, and A-A meetings 5 days a week.
