Fordson Assault Case Could Reach Deal

Three students at Dearborn’s Fordson High School are scheduled to go on trial later this month on charges they assaulted a freshman in the school locker room.

Three sophomores at the school were charged as juveniles with cornering the freshman in the locker room before football practice back on October 9th.

Authorities say one of older boys exposed himself to the victim.

He has been charged with assault and battery and indecent exposure.

The other two were charged with assault and battery.

Prosecutors are scheduled to meet today with the boys, their parents and their attorneys to discuss a possible plea deal.

If no deal is reached, they would go in trial in juvenile court on April 24th.
