A Lyft driver from Waterford Township is due in court today on charges of sexually assaulting a female passenger.
24 year old Raheel Bin Hanif is accused of assaulting the Pontiac woman..
She said she had used him as her Lyft driver and called him again for a ride on April 24th.
When he picked her up she says he told her he owned a health spa and offered to give her 400 dollars is she let him give her a massage and then filled out a survey evaluating the massage.
She says she also felt buzzed after he encouraged to take a drunk for from an already opened alcoholic beverage.
They then went to the spa where the alleged assault occurred.
Hanif has been charged with of 3rd degree criminal sexual conduct, a 15 year felony.
