An overnight fundraising effort to support the American Cancer Society is taking place today and tomorrow in Northville.
It’s called ‘The Relay For Life,’ of Northville and Novi Students and it will get underway tonight at Ward Church at 40-thousand Six Mile road.
The students will be working in relay teams from six tonight until six tomorrow morning.
The public is invited to take part in festivities between 6 and 11 tonight.
Events will include activities for children.
A cancer survivor celebration and fundraising effort is also planned.
