Another Auto Scandal Sentence

Another of those caught in a scandal involving the misuse of money meant for autoworker training is set to be sentenced today.
The case involve an ongoing investigation in which prosecutors say some auto executives and UAW officials lined their own pockets with money meant for the training autoworkers.

Seven people have been charged to date.

Prosecutors say the money was secretly funneled through charities.

Due in court today is Chrysler analyst Jerome Durden of Rochester.

He was accused of helping to conceal the fraud and pled guilty.

He is facing up to five years in prison.
