Criminal charges are being filed against a 21 year old Troy man for the drunk driving crash that killed a passenger in his car when he crashed into a utility pole in Rochester Hills. Sheriff’s deputies say the car driven by Alexander Munch, swerved across the lanes of traffic on South Boulevard after midnight Monday and smashed into the pole, killing the 21 year old passenger, Talon Dawson. Munch and another passenger, a 55 year old Rochester Hills man, are in critical condition. Deputies say all 3 worked at restaurant.
