An Ann Arbor man found murdered in his townhouse Monday night has been identified as a retired University of Michigan chemistry professor.
Police say they found the body of 76 year old Robert Sharp in the basement of the townhouse on Alpine Drive. Police say foul play was obvious, but they do not say how he may have been killed. Police are not answering questions about their investigation.
