Ferndale Police are trying to find a man who exposed himself in front of a woman at East Nine Mile and Paxton.
The woman went to a flower store and she noticed a man sitting on a rock near the store entrance. The man exposed himself, committed another illicit act, and then he offered her 20-dollars to watch.
The suspect is described as white male in his 20’s, 6-feet 2-inches , thin with dark hair and a blue bandana. He was wearing round glasses and a black SpongeBob shirt.
