A Troy man is due in court today for a probable cause conference in connection with a fatal crash involving the death of a co-worker.
21 year old Alexander Munch has been charged with driving while under the influence.
Police say Munch was driving with co-workers 21 year old Talon Dawson of Troy and 55 year old William Cassel of Rochester Hills on South Boulevard at about midnight on June 10th.
The car swerved off of the road and hit a pole.
Dawson was killed and Cassell seriously injured.
The men worked together at a local restaurant.
