Lisa Posthumous Lyons is the runningmate for Republican Bill Schuette in his run for governor. Posthumous Lyons is the Kent County clerk, and a former state legislator.
Her father, Dick Posthumous, is a former Lt. Gov., ran and lost for governor to Jennifer Granholm, and is currently the chief of staff for Gov. Snyder.
The announcement was made in Grand Rapids.
