Some municipal facilities remain closed Friday as parts of Troy are still without power

DTE says about 3500 homes and businesses are still without power after a sub-station fire Thursday in central Troy. The Troy City Hall, Library, Community Center, the 52-4 District Court and the Troy Family Aquatic Center are closed. The Troy Police Department, Fire Department and Department of Public Works remain open.

Free water and ice will be available at the Troy Police Department at 10 a.m. Friday. Residents who need assistance can go to Woodside Bible Church, 6600 Rochester. For information on temporary shelter, residents can call to 248-879-8533.
