The motive is unclear, but prosecutors say it was an Ypsilanti man who went on a recent rampage with a sledgehammer in Detroit.
It’s a preliminary exam for 30 year old Winston Quiney.
Detroit police had responded in the early morning hours of August 6th to numerous reports of broken windows.
They found windows had been shattered at two of the Q-Line stations on Woodward and at Comerica Park .
There were no injuries reported.
The vandalism occurred just before 2:30 in the morning.
Quiney was arrested about 2 hours later.
