Michigan voters will decide 3 statewide ballot proposals next Tuesday.
All 3 are running ahead in likely voter polls.
Proposal 3 would allow same-day voter registration.
Michigan Secretary of State Ruth Johnson says that would invite voter fraud because local clerks would not have time to investigate their identities.
She was on the Frank Beckmann show.
Johnson is not running for re-election due to term limits.
