It’s back to court again today for the man accused of killing Wayne State University police officer Colin Rose.
Rose was shot to death on November 22nd of 2016.
62 year old Raymond Durham was later arrested and charged with murder, but has never gone to trial.
He suffers from mental illness and has undergone several psychological forensic exams and was always found incompetent to stand trial.
However, doctors have said there is a substantial likelihood he could regain competency with proper treatment.
He’s been held in a secure forensic center and is due back in court today for another competency review
