Fracas Between Couple, Cops Back In Court

There are plenty of charges and counter-charges being aired in the case of a Pittsburgh couple charged with causing a disturbance at a Detroit hotel.

Khari Mosley and his wife Chelsea Wagner had come to Detroit on March 6th for a concert.

Police were called to the Westin Book Cadillac after Mosely became upset about not being allowed back to his room because he didn’t have a key.

His wife became upset when the hotel told her husband he could no longer stay at the hotel.

Mosely was charged with disorderly conduct and has a pre trial conference scheduled for today.

Wagner has been charged with obstructing police as they removing her husband from the hotel and is facing a probable cause hearing, also today.

Their attorney says they were mistreated by the hotel and police and were only charged because he had told the prosecutors office that he would be filing a civil lawsuit.
