A Dearborn woman whose home-based day unlicensed care center that was the scene of a shooting is scheduled to be arraigned today.
32 year old Samantha Eubanks is facing child abuse charges.
The shooting occurred on September of last year.
There were six children in the home.
A toddler found a gun belong to the woman’s husband Timothy and accidentally shot and wounded two other children.
The husband pled guilty to child abuse charges and was sentenced to two years of probation.
His wife is expected to plead guilty to the charges against her.
