Scofflaws Get Bad News

Thousands of Michigan motorists with unpaid parking tickets got good news in December, when a judge ruled that the state of Michigan could not suspend their driver’s licenses because they have unpaid fines. The judge said the state must first give a hearing before suspending a license. Now, an appeals court reversed that. The state can resume lifting licenses for unpaid parking tickets.
