Charges have been filed against two teens who survived a high speed crash at Stony Creek Metropark in May. Three of their friends died in that crash. The Washington Township attorney has issued warrants for underage drinking for Gregory Bobchick and Joseph Narra-both 18. They’ll be charged with minor in possession of alcohol, a misdemeanor, punishable by up to 90 days in jail.
