The pastor of a church in Traverse City is due in court today to face a new charge of sexual assault.
A man said he was assaulted last summer by 41 year old Christopher Cox.
He is the 5th person to file charges against Cox.
Prosecutors say they began their investigation after two men say they were drugged and then assaulted.
Cox had been the pastor of the Long Lake Church in Traverse City.
