A woman is due in court today to face charges she bit off part of another woman’s ear.
In this case, 44 year old Alison Weaver of Rochester Hills is accused of biting off part of the left ear of a 48 year old woman.
Police had been called to the Lake Village Apartment Complex in Rochester Hills.
They searched the apartment and found two partially naked women in the master bedroom covered with blood.
Police say Weaver, who appeared to be under the influence of either drugs or alcohol, was arrested.
An investigation determined that that the two had previously been neighbors and that the victim invited Weaver inside.
She told police that she was then attacked after she had rejected Weaver’s sexual advances.
