Farmington Hills police say they believe a 14 year old boy is responsible for 2 arson fires at the Fairmont Park apartments on 9 Mile and Drake.
One of the fires was in a vehicle, the other in a vacant apartment. Police captured the boy after a foot chase. Police believe he was trying to get into another vacant apartment. No one was injured in the fires.
