Cop indicted after body cam video shows death of driver

Police officer Ray Tensing, was indicted on a murder charge in the shooting death of a black motorist, Sam DuBose, in Cincinnati after video evidence was released. Miguel Marquez has more. Viewer warning: this video contains disturbing material.
