Motorists were shocked during rush hour on I-94 in Harper Woods when a man ran down the freeway embankment near Harper and into the traffic on eastbound I-94. He ran across the freeway, climbed over the median wall, into the westbound traffic and stood in front of the oncoming vehicles. A moment later, he was hit by a semi. The man was from Grosse Pointe Woods. He was 18.
