It was murder. The Wayne County Medical Examiner has ruled there was foul play in the death of a person whose body was found Wednesday in a ditch near I-94 and I-275. Evidence found at the scene and an autopsy has revealed the foul play. The victim has been identified, but the identity has not been released. A crew was mowing the grass found the body.
