Mosquitoes in Oakland County test positive for West Nile

Health officials are waiting for West Nile virus patients as mosquitoes carrying the virus have been detected. Oakland County Health director George Miller says the virus has been around long enough that some people may have developed an immunity. To help prevent the disease, officials recommend getting rid of standing water, wearing long sleeved shirts and long pants and using repellent that contains deet.
