Aug. 7, 2023 ~ Michigan will seemingly be home to a tight battleground between Democrats and Republicans in 2024.

A recent Emerson College poll shows President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump were tied at 44% each with Michigan voters. However, Trump narrowly wins with 43% over Biden’s 41% when Green Party candidate Cornel West was considered, who nabbed 4%.

Democrats faired better on other parts of the ballot, with current Democrat Senate frontrunner and U.S. Rep. Elissa Slotkin wins over many of the announced Republican candidates.

Densar Consulting founder Dennis Darnoi spoke more about the poll results on 760 WJR‘s “All Talk.”
