New Data Shows U.S. Workers Expect An Average of $79,000 for New Jobs

Aug. 23, 2023 ~ New data from the New York Federal Reserve Bank shows that expected salaries from U.S. workers for new jobs have drastically increased.

The average for expected salaries has increased to nearly $79,000, with the average higher for groups like men and people over 45 years old. Portfolio Manager for Ancora David Sowerby spoke more about these findings on “Focus with Paul W. Smith.”
