Remaining funds in the package include $14 billion to fight fentanyl at the southern border, $10 billion in unspecified humanitarian aid, and another $7 billion to shore up capabilities in the Indo-Pacific region and Taiwan.

It is unclear how this package will be recieved by Congress or when it might be taken up, with the House still struggling to elect a speaker and strong divisions amongst Republicans regarding continued aid to Ukraine.
