WILMINGTON, DE, June 3, 2024 ~ Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden‘s only surviving son, has been found guilty by a jury on all three counts of breaking firearm possession violations, the first time an offspring of a president has been convicted of a crime during their time in office.

Hunter Biden, 54, was convicted on three felony charges related to possession of a firearm while using narcotics. He faces up to 25 years in prison and close to $1 million in fines, though he will likely get shorter sentences due to being a first-time offender, with a sentencing hearing to be scheduled later on. First Lady Jill Biden arrived at the court in Wilmington shortly after the verdict was given.
