Mariam Ouazar is a seasoned professional with nearly 15 years in the automotive industry and management consulting. She began her career at a top-tier automotive supplier, excelling in operational and manufacturing targets while building strong customer relationships. Her expertise includes managing mergers and acquisitions activities for a leading private equity firm and leading safety programs for major OEMs like Ford and GM.
Currently, as the director of strategy and value creation at EY-Parthenon, Mariam leads strategic realignment and operational improvement projects across various sectors, including industrials, consumer goods, and life sciences.

Outside of her professional achievements, Mariam is dedicated to her community. She volunteers with Lace Up Detroit and co-plans events for the Sylvan Lake Community. Her commitment to community service reflects her belief that collective efforts drive positive change.
In her free time, Mariam enjoys spending time with loved ones, taking heated Pilates classes followed by hot and cold therapy, and learning new languages, currently focusing on Portuguese.
