MICHIGAN, Sept. 4, 2024 ~ A new WDIV/Detroit News survey shows a tightening race for the White House between former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris.
The survey, conducted between Aug. 26 – 29, shows Trump ahead of Harris by one point, 44.7% to 43.5%. As of Wednesday afternoon, polling aggregator FiveThirtyEight had Harris up by an average of 2.3 points, making the race a statistical toss-up.
