DETROIT, October 27, 2024 ~ The Detroit Lions (6-1) scored six touchdowns in a 52-14 rout over the Tennessee Titans (1-6) Sunday afternoon at Ford Field. Quarterback Jared Goff only played three quarters, but threw three touchdowns in Detroit’s fifth straight win of the season.

Dynamic running back duo David Montgomery and Jahmyr Gibbs both continued their stellar season’s, each scoring a rushing touchdown. On top of the rush scores, Gibbs ran for 127 yards and Montgomery showed off his throwing skills with a three yard touchdown pass to tight end Sam LaPorta on National Tight End’s Day

A lot of history was made this afternoon, but wide receiver Kalif Raymond had the most impressive stat of the night. On top of his 190 return yards, he became the first ever player in Lions history to produce a receiving touchdown and a punt return touchdown in one game.

(CONTINUED) Backup tight end Brock Wright and wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown also added receiving touchdowns of their own to push the Lions over the halfway mark to triple digits.

The defense showed out for Detroit against Tennessee, forcing four turnovers. Two interceptions, the second coming from the league leading safety in picks Kirby Joseph, and two forced fumbles capped off an all around dominant performance from the Lions.

Detroit will hit the road this weekend for a rivalry showdown in Green Bay against the Packers. Both teams will be fighting for an advantage in the NFC North
