MICHIGAN, Nov. 4, 2024 ~ Kamala Harris‘ presidential campaign seems to be sending mixed messaging on Israel‘s brutal assault on Gaza, depending on where voters live.
In Michigan, the state with the largest Arab American population, the Harris campaign is running ads that say “What has happened in Gaza in the past nine months is devastating, we cannot allow ourselves to become numb to the suffering,” according to a CNN investigation. In Pennsylvania, a state with about 300,000 Jewish voters, the ads there stated, “Let me be clear, I will always stand up for Israel’s right to defend itself.” These ads, running in two major swing states for the Nov. 5 election, are stirring up accusations of contradictory messages in the Harris campaign.
