MICHIGAN, Nov. 5, 2024 ~ In a morning news conference, Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson said Michigan is on track for breaking voter turnout records.
As of Tuesday morning, she said about 45% of the state’s registered voters have voted, with at least 80% of absentee ballots returned. Benson periodically checked in with WJR throughout election day to update what is going on on the big day.
